Has the order arrived?
If an order number is displayed after sending the order, we have received the order.
After sending the order, an order confirmation will be sent automatically. If you do not receive an order confirmation, this may be due to an incorrect e-mail address or your spam blocker. In this case, please contact our customer service.

Are ordered products always delivered?
If the products are discontinued, stock shortages may occur if orders are placed at the same time. Appropriate information will be sent.
Is it possible that products will be available again later?
Due to returns, this may happen in some cases.
Is partial delivery automatic?
No, unless the subsequent delivery date of certain articles is delayed enormously. In these cases, FCB is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal:
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform FCB (FC Bayern München AG, Säbener Straße 51-57, 81547 Munich, Tel.: 089/69931-666, email: store@fcbayern.com) of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email). The customer may use the model withdrawal form attached below or complete and submit another unambiguous statement electronically on our website (e.g. withdrawal button), although this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send the customer (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If the customer withdraws from this contract, FCB shall reimburse the customer for all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by FCB), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which FCB receives notification of the customer’s withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, FCB will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no event will the customer be charged any fees in connection with this refund. FCB may withhold the refund until FCB has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to ITG GmbH Returns c/o FC Bayern München AG, Eichenstraße 400, 85445 Schwaig, without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which they notify FCB of the cancellation of their contract. The deadline is met if the customer posts the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their nature, characteristics and functioning.
NOTE: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal in distance contracts is excluded in particular for goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs (e.g. jerseys with individual flocking), sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, provided the seal has been removed after delivery, as well as newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a trader within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding the legal transaction.
Returns without return label / returns
Please return the goods with our Return Portal (https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZwH ). We will refund the purchase price to you using the method of payment you selected when making the payment. We kindly ask you to stamp the parcel sufficiently and to send it insured. Unstamped/unfree returns cannot be accepted.
Note according to the battery law
Batteries are used in some products sold by us. Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. End users are legally obliged to return all used batteries and accumulators, e.g. to public collection points or where batteries are sold. Batteries are marked with a crossed-out dustbin and with one of the chemical symbols
Cd (= battery contains cadmium)
Hg (= battery contains mercury)
Pb (= battery contains lead)
